Shipping & Click and Collect Policy
1. Shipping Overview
Decking World offers shipping throughout Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order. For regional or interstate orders that fall outside of our standard delivery service, please contact us directly at admin@deckingworld.au for a custom freight quote.
2. Dispatch Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our dispatch and delivery targets, unforeseen delays with freight providers can occasionally occur. Decking World is not liable for delays once the goods have left our premises. However, we will assist in tracking your delivery and resolving any issues with our carriers.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If any items are damaged in transit, missing, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted. When reporting damages, please include photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) to assist with our investigation and any claims against freight carriers.
5. Click and Collect
We offer a free Click and Collect option from our warehouse located at:

Collection is strictly by appointment only. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email or SMS to arrange a suitable collection time. Please do not arrive before confirmation, as your order may not yet be prepared.
6. Collection Requirements
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of ID when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please notify us in advance and ensure they bring the required documentation.
7. Responsibility Upon Collection
Once your order has been collected or delivered, Decking World is no longer responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
8. Additional Shipping Notes
- Delivery is to the kerbside only unless otherwise arranged.
- If delivery is missed and re-delivery is required, additional charges may apply.
- Customers must ensure accurate shipping information is provided. Errors in address or delivery instructions may result in delays or redelivery fees.
